INCOME PROPERTY

Income property is a fun and  innovatively unique real estate game that includes zoning, building permits and third party renters.

The  house piece interlocks to create the four building types (as shown in this example on the right) and incomes tend to vary throughout the game.

Their are two types of game cards: Action; which a player holds and plays at opportune times and Event; which is used at the time it is drawn.

Each player gets an Agenda at the beginning of the game and must meet the objective to win. There are 20 Agendas and the players do not show their Agenda to the other players until the end of the game when the player has a chance to win. Therefore it is a hidden Agenda.

There are two levels and they travel in opposite directions. There are fewer properties on the inner level and cheaper properties on the outer level.

Foundations are used to mark property ownership and the buildings fit neatly inside. This prevents the buildings from sliding all over the gameboard.
